Standard Meeting Agenda

This standard meeting agenda is set up for production area meetings but can be easily edited to be used in any area of your organisation.

There is a simple and visual record of whether or not the meeting was held by using coloured pen dots and the agenda is clearly laid out so everyone knows what will be discussed.

This one is set up for two shifts to have a daily meeting, but it can be easily edited for one or three shifts, or even changed to weekly or monthly.

Very useful as part of a performance board, information centre or team meeting board.
