Founded in 2009 by a formally qualified Manufacturing Systems Engineer, we have been helping Australian organisations improve productivity, efficiency and profitability ever since.
Incremental Improvements Australia Pty Ltd (II-AU) was established with a clear mission: to optimise manufacturing processes and systems using the proven principles of Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Industrial Engineering. The Company Founder’s extensive background and passion for the field drive our commitment to excellence.
The business was prompted into reality by trusted Industry Specialists who identified a genuine gap in the Australian market. Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineers have always been fewer in number here than in other industrialised nations, and the organisations that needed them most — small and medium-sized manufacturers — had the least access to that expertise.
We began by providing third-party services through organisations such as QMI and TAFE Queensland. Our service delivery is now more direct and fee-for-service. We practice what we preach: while competitors come and go, we are in it for the long haul. Being formally skilled and qualified in the field we operate in is, we believe, a significant part of our ongoing success.
