Escalation Procedure


It is inevitable that things will go wrong from time to time.  But how quickly should you be alerted?  1 minute?  5 minutes?  15 minutes?

Obviously the longer a value adding process stops for the more money there is not being made, so it can be imperative to communicate to your teams who needs to be told and when if things do go amiss.
