Skilling for Success
Effective Teams need effective skills, and whenever we improve a process we see it as vitally important to ensure that personnel are aware of (and stick to) the new standard. If we do not train to the new Standard (the 4th ‘S’ of the 5S process) then we cannot Sustain the new process (the 5th ‘S’ of the 5S process).
Seminars
Periodically we run seminars for our Clients and other interested parties. Seminar topics are varied and we endeavour to provide relevant resources, both print and electronic, to support the information presented.
