Our refund and returns policy complies with laws local to Queensland, Australia.  To be eligible for a return of a physical item we supply, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, otherwise a refund may be refused or only partially issued.

Electronic documents and document packs are very clearly described in their respective listings.  You should consider carefully if the files and information you intend to purchase are fit for your use.  As such, once these transactions are completed it is impossible for us to receive a return as we cannot be guaranteed that all electronic copies resulting from the transaction are no longer in your possession.  As such, all downloaded products are exempt from being returned.
